Hi @ElavendranS
Your question's short description and detailed description are different.
If you are referring to a PDI: There is no support available for PDI. You can either wait or release the instance and request a new one, but you will lose all your data.
If you are referring to a Now Learning lab instance: Again, no one can assist with this. You will need to wait, release the instance, or raise a new learning case with the team. However, there is no official support for this either.
If my response proves useful, please indicate its helpfulness by selecting " Accept as Solution" and " Helpful." This action benefits both the community and me.

Hi @ElavendranS
As you might know, there are no support available from ServiceNow in relation to PDIs, hence your are left with two options:
- Wait, it should come online again
- If you get tired of waiting, release your instance and request a fresh installation. Please note, all your development which haven't been backed up will be lost for good.
If my answer has helped with your question, please mark my answer as the accepted solution and give a thumbs up.
Best regards
