Hi @fjvm9,
Your instance got hibernated, click on wake up instance option after 5 10 min you will be able to access your Lab instance.

Hi @fjvm9 ,
Then only option is to open a ticket with ServiceNow support team they will restart from backend or provide you new Lab Instance. No need to waste time.

Lab instance take 15-20 mins to awake and in case it is not awaking , please release this and take new one. or raise a case. But waiting for case reply will take more time then taking a new instance.
