Hi,
Yes, I have also been experiencing this issue.
I raised a support case last Friday after not being able to get the simulator instance to wake, even after trying all the steps in KB0011676 (i.e. clear cache, different browser, inprivate browser, etc, etc).
The instance did seem to wake up eventually (after a few hours), it's now happening again this morning and stuck in hibernation again.

Hi Ryan
I'm experiencing the same thing today. I've logged a ticket and it needs to go to 3rd line support I would imagine. This appears to be a wider issue. I'm hoping it gets resolved quickly so I can get on with the lab exercises.

Hi @fjvm9 ,
I noticed on the NowLearning site last week, that they inform in banner that they had issues with LAB instances. Though I can see the banner is gone now, so it should work again (I would assume).
