Sorry for the elementary question, but I'm trying to make my way through the ServiceNow Administration Fundamentals On Demand Learning course -- and when I get to the labs, Lab 1.1 and 1.2 so far, they have automatically been marked as completed, and there seem to be no instructions as to what's actually expected to be done. I'm including two screenshots of either lab -- where it simply shows what appears to be an introductory slide, and nothing else. Nothing is clickable but Open My Instance, and there's nothing obvious there either. What am I missing? How do I do the work? Wha is the work?
Any direction would be appreciated!
Ryan

Hi @Mannsåker
Greetings!
There's no need to apologize—the community is here to support everyone. I saw the screenshot, and it seems to have expired. If you have the eBook, it should contain or guide you to the path where you can download the lab instructions.
If not, as far as I remember:
- Go to your lab instance.
- Navigate to Knowledge under Self-Service.
- There, you should find some articles or content that you can download and start your work.
If my response proves useful, please indicate its helpfulness by selecting " Accept as Solution" and " Helpful." This action benefits both the community and me.
