Unable to proceed for CSA Delta exam.

Hello Team,

I can see one message on now learning university home page as 

"you have 1 or more credentials at risk of expiring! Take the following steps to resolve:" (It is for Zurich delta exam)

However, when I click on "Access your delta exam(s)", it shows the exam at risk but unable to proceed if I click on the certification listed in the dialog box.

Can anyone help please?

please wait for couple of hours.

The delta windows starts today itself so it might take some time to show the delta exam page

Have you paid the delta exam fee??

I just checked on now learning and it's showing to me but nothing happens when I click Exam

So let's wait

If your company (which is a partner of ServiceNow) has paid the CMP for you then you should see this i.e. No Payment Due and you will see the links to exam

For me the CMP fee is paid already

Nothing to worry here, as notifications and alerts are out but you can wait few hours or today only and try again tomorrow 

 

you have 3 months to complete the delta exam.

in mean time see if you can acres delta study guide n read what new in zurich release.
