Lab Instructions for Service Portal Fundamentals Course

Hi folks,

I am going through https://nowlearning.servicenow.com/lxp?id=learning_course_prev&course_id=3d87783fdb558d50454eb0a239961970. 

I was not able to find the instructions for the labs. In a few videos, the instructor very briefly showed instructions on slides, which I assume are coming from an eBook.

However, based on my search so far, the eBook is not longer offered to the students (no eBook codes pasted or emailed). I also couldn't find the lab instructions in the student instance provided.

Do you know how to find the instructions so I can conduct my labs?

Hi @Yiyang Ma,

You can find eBook codes under eBook section on the course page. Instructions are available in the eBook and the also you can find the labs under Self service > knowledge and Class knowledge base.

Hi Muhammad, my challenge (which I also saw on this thread https://community.servicenow.com/community?id=community_question&sys_id=54b73ccfdb5551d0679499ead39619db) is that the redemption code is not provided. Please see my screenshot below:

Can you please look into your instance if you have lab files available? 

Please navigate to Self service > Knowledge. 

Click on "Class" knowledge base that will open up the list of lab instructions.

Thanks Muhammad. I downloaded all five resources under Knowledge Bases- Class. 

The first four PDFs mentioned 2 labs. They are SPF Lab and Translate Service Portal Element Lab. However they are not mapped to the course. 

The fifth resource is a zip file. I found a Lab Answer Guide pdf in it. Unfortunately it only has the Lab Answers but not the instructions of the labs. 

Appreciate your further advice.
