Legacy CSA questions!!

Hello all,

While preparing for CSA, in some papers/dumps I see question which are outdated like reporting or connect chat etc..Should I ignore these questions for latest exam?

Hi @ZebaT ,

legacy question may not be asked as you are required to study the latest course version. If I'm not wrong report is moved to platform analytics and you have topic for same in the course. Also regarding samples/dumps always go for updated ones. if you r studying/practicing from Udemy, you can always select one which is latest updated by author, as some of material are not updated and old content.

I’d recommend not ignoring them yet. I’ve been part of a CSA ans CAD study group recently, and as of 3rd December we still saw a few of those “older” topics appear in the exam. They’re not the majority, but they do come up occasionally, so it’s better to stay familiar with them.

Yes — you can safely ignore those outdated questions. The current CSA exam no longer covers older features like Connect Chat, legacy reporting UI, or deprecated modules. ServiceNow updates the CSA blueprint regularly, and anything not listed in the official exam blueprint won’t appear on the test.

Focus instead on what’s actually included now: tables, forms, lists, user administration, CMDB basics, Flow Designer, Service Catalog, Platform UI, data management, and general platform configuration. check the eam blueprint for more clarity

i will not say Ignore them but make sure they if these terms are in CSA training or ebook please go through the same

i will not recommend to follow dumps or any practice paper as they are old design and having wrong answers too.

follow ebook and labs, that is key to get CSA done

Exactly one of the reasons why you shouldn't trust anything else than the official learning material.

I will recommend not to rely on any dumps.

Please use only now learning course and if you have hands-on experience on platform then you should be able to clear the exam
