I hope you are doing well.

I have received the email as selected as winner for phase 1  I have not yet received the winner declaration email. I have been closely monitoring my inbox (including spam/junk folders), but there has been no communication regarding the results.

I have also reached out to Real Time Media for clarification; however, I have not received a concrete response so far. As someone who successfully completed both Phase 1 and Phase 2 within the given timeline, this situation is quite concerning and disheartening. I have been consistently following up and was eagerly awaiting this announcement.

I sincerely request your assistance in looking into this matter at the earliest. I would not want to miss any important communication due to this delay, especially after completing the challenge on time and fulfilling all requirements.

Please let me know if any additional information is required from my end to help resolve this issue.

The email requests uploading an ID document. Could you please clarify whether a specific type of document is required, or if any valid ID would be acceptable?

It contains a link where you should be submitting the details in order to receive your prize.

After Congratulation email you will receive the other email asking to click on the link mention that OPEN Document, you have to fill out the all details with National ID post Live PIC click and submit.
