Linked Webassessor Account

Has anyone had an issue with this ? I linked my accounts already, but my voucher is saying they are not linked and when I check in my profile it says I am already linked and a confirmation has been sent, but I did not get any confirmation. I didn't want to change my email because I do not want it to take forever to link or should I just change it. I have a partner account, but used a personal to me webassessor like suggested in the instructions.

Hi,
I'd recommend checking any spam/junk folders, etc. and ensure you spell it correctly. It should be equal to a valid Webassessor email address. It may also take 24 hours for it to resolve fully. If that still doesn't work and you know you've put everything in correctly, the next step would be to login to Now Learning and then access the "Help" menu at the top of the screen and put in a support case for assistance from that team.
