I follow everything right but i cant find priority option for:
"5. Select the Priority column to sort the list so that 1-Critical incidents appear first in the list."
Someone should please explain how to do that. thank you.

Hello @VeeraKarthA
You can add sort for Priority column by clicking Add Sort Button and selecting the column on which you want sorting to be done.
Another way is right click on header of list of column name and then select Sort (a to z) or Sort (z to a) as per your need.
