Hello,
So I got to this stage but my interface does not contain the category section where I can set it to software. I had to use the list controls to Select the Priority column to sort the list so that 1-Critical incidents and, for State I had to use list controls to change 1-Critical incidents to State to In Progress. I had no list editors in my UI, Can you please help and thank you in advance.
8. Locate INC0000055 and set the Category to Software.

Hi Bankole,
Please click on the the icon Personalize list to bring the columns you want on your UI. [Category, State etc]
Once you have the columns you can search your incident and by double clicking on the state value, you can edit it,
