Lists and Filters​ Task - Failed

I'm having trouble getting passed the Lists and Filters Task. I have followed the steps correctly. But my validation has been failing. As there is a state marked as Canceled which couldn't be changed due to security

validate each incident number ,category ,priority, and column in list view.
