Hi @saloni23bai - from your screenshot, it looks like you've completed the task as System Administrator however the simulator is pretty strict as is expecting the task (and all other tasks in this series) to be completed as Platform User unless stated otherwise.

Hi @saloni23bai

nsure you are doing this task via impersonating Platform User,

Select the State column of all 1-Critical incidents and use the List Editor to change the State to In Progress. Select the green check mark to save the list changes. (10 rows will be updated.)

validate each incident number ,category ,priority, and column in list view.
