Hi all,
I merged my company account into my private account, as I'm leaving my current company. The merge happened two weeks ago (and I already got the "resolved" note), but I can still not access Now Learning. I opened another Incident with SURF, but I just got a quick reply that everything is done. I can access the Developer page as well as the Community, but Now Learning just shows "Unable to sign in".
Now I am really worried that I may have lost all my achievements from the past years. It's months of work, with 11 Micro-Certs and other achievements that I really don't want to lose. Any idea how to get further?
Best regards

Try again logging in to Now Learning with your new account. It seems the merge was not fully completed. I'm told it should be corrected now. All of your previous achievements should be there.

Sorry to hear this but I don't think anyone here on the community can help you. You need to keep pursuing this via Now Learning Support. Get the ticket reopened or open a fresh one. Best wishes with getting this resolved. I'm sure you will, you just need to keep persisting.

Thanks for the hint, I'll do that. I'm a bit desperate after waiting for two weeks without any helpful answer, and I just wanted to try out this channel just in case.

Private message me the account your email was merged to and I'll see what I can find out.

@Stefan Reichelt You should have raised a Now Learning case a long time back. Usually the Now learning support is quite quick in responding to such cases.
