Mapping all my certifications from Organization account to personal mail account

Hi ,

 

Need to map all the certifications from my current company account to personal account . Have a raised a request regarding this and got a response from the team to login in to now support using this link  https://www.servicenow.com . Tried to login ,but error is throwing. Attaching the screenshots of error here. Please help

Hi, do you have access to Servicenow's commercial support portal as part of your current company role?
What exactly did the teams response advise you to do once logged into the support portal?

Team provided a link , when I tried to login to the portal, It showing "Access Denied".  Tried Solved: Moving SN Certificates to new employer - ServiceNow Community also, but unfortunately same "Access Denied" error is showing .
