Dear ServiceNow Community,
I hope you are doing well.
I am writing to bring to your attention an issue regarding my Certified Application Developer (CAD) certification. I successfully completed the certification exam a few months ago, and it was previously visible on my Partner Portal profile. However, I recently noticed that it is no longer appearing and is now showing as expired.
Here are my details for reference:
Certification Name: Certified Application Developer
Test Date: March 8, 2024
Original Expiry Date: March 8, 2025
Currently Showing as Expired On: June 11, 2025
Could you kindly assist in investigating this issue and restoring the certification visibility on my Partner Portal profile? Additionally, I would appreciate your guidance on how I can retain or renew my CAD certification now. Please let me know if there are any delta exams, grace periods, or other actions I can take to resolve this.
Thank you in advance for your time and support.
Best regards,
Tejesh Reddy Chintam

Click on 'Help Center' tab. You should see an option 'Create a Case'. Choose 'Credentials' as the Category and 'My Certification' as Sub Category and provide the details.
For the year2025, Certification Maintenance Program fee ($200) was due on or before April 15, 2025 which was extended until April 30th, 2025. I guess you might have missed on this and hence the certification is showing as expired. This fee would be waived or free if you are enrolled through a Partner. Otherwise, it is required by you to pay.
- Delta exams coverage: 2025 CMP fee coverage is January 1, 2024 through June 30, 2025.
