Unable to Complete Lab Steps

Hello,

 

I'm unable to complete step "Link to Indicators" in the "Breakdown Setup Wizard" task in the "Automated Breakdowns" section of the "Performance Analytics (PA) Fundamentals On Demand" course.

 

The step calls for checking the box for the "Number of Incidents resolved by Technical Services Support" indicator, but that indicator is not an option in the PDI.

 

I've included photos of the task, and photos of each page of the wizard showing the correct information was entered. The last photo is of the breakdown indicators for you to see the option of "Number of Incidents resolved by Technical Services Support" is not available.

 

I have also tried similar indicators, which result in failing the task.

How to I correct this issue so that I complete the course and earn credit for completion?

@jay_mcc If the breakdown is not available on the Lab instance, you can raise a case with Now Learning support team to get this addressed as the step is needed to complete the task.

Hey there @jay_mcc ! This is happening because (probably) your training instance has already been deleted. This "Number of Incidents Resolved by Technical Support" was created earlier in the previous lesson.
