Move Certification & in Progress paths to personal account

Hi Team , 

 

As I am moving out of my team , i will not have access to my @Servicenow.com email id . I had achieved CSA certification on this email account. however i have webassesor account on my personal email  which is linked to my now-learning account.

 

How can i move the certification & in progress paths to my personal email now-learning account which is also similar to my webassessor email id .

unfortunately, so far there is not a way to transfer your achievements yourself. However,  you can open a case on now learning. I would recommend doing it from your account where you currently have the achievements to show that you have access to this account and then tell them to which account (with which email address) they should move your achievements. 

I had the same situation and this was the only way to solve it. Took about 2-4 weeks.
