Moving Certification and Badges to Another Account

Hi,
I'm moving to another company soon and will no longer have access to my company email which is linked to the Partner Portal. I emailed support and they deactivated my account associated with my company email.
The problem is that all my badges and my CSA were linked to my partner account. I have a regular account using my personal email address but I can't access my certification. I've done some additional research in the Community and someone said to update your Webassessor email to a personal one (which I did) but I can't seem to find a solution.
When I still had access to my Partner Portal account I tried to transfer my CSA to the account linked to my personal email and that didn't work either. I feel like I'm grasping at straws at this point and it's getting very frustrating. I know Delta's for the Tokyo release are starting in a few days and I don't want this to cause me to miss that window and I end up having to take my CSA all over again simply because I can't get a certificate transferred. It shouldn't be this tedious.
Update: Again, my user account linked to my company email has been deactivated and I was advised to email nowlearning@servicenow.com to get my certificate transferred to my account linked to my personal email address. So now I'm waiting for a response. Hopefully this works. If anyone has any other recommendations that will actually work, please send them my way.

Hi All,
I was also in the same situation, and I had take below course of action which helped me to save my certification and achievements
1. Create a new Servicenow account with the personal email ID.
2. Raise a case in now learning from old account to change your webassessor email ID to new email id and link all you certification and achievements to your new email ID. Give details of your old email ID and explicitly mention that you have left the company.
If you don't have the active old account then try to raise ticket from new account and have a proof the webassessor belongs to you. Still you would be able to access webassessor as it does not require any MFA.

I took me around month time as the case will opened in low priority so agent will take some time before you hear back from them.

Hi all,
Just sign up with new email in now learning. Rise a ticket (cat: My profile---->sub cat: Email change/merge) add the description. The agent will forward the ticket to IT support. In few days the issue will be resolved.
