Glad to hear you are hungry for some ServiceNow learning!
But in my experience, you can overwhelm yourself trying to get access to anything and everything all at once in your pursuit of learning. What this could end up doing is overwhelming you and losing track as to your goal.
If your goal is to follow a certification path, say the ServiceNow Certified System Administrator path, then your starting point should be NowLearning "Career Journey - System Administrator"
Enroll and follow the stages. Of course you will reach those milestones that require you to take a paid class, but it's all part of the process to be able to sit and take the test to obtain your certification.
Having a developer instance of course, is a must, as you best learn by doing.
Going through the Exam Scope documentation will give you guidance on what areas you must pay closer attention to AND utilize the different listed contents of the scope document to find the NOW documents that do a deep dive into the specific topic you are trying to learn.
Regarding tests, if it's not ServiceNow official, then take it with a grain of salt as many exam content creators out there put material to make money, but there is no guarantee what they put out there is 100% accurate.
Hope this helps in your journey.
If my answer has helped with your question, please mark my answer as accepted solution and give a thumb up.
