My CSA Certification Badge not showing in Now profile!

I did my CSA Certification on Feb 23rd. But the Certification Badge is still not reflecting in my profile. How long does it take to show the badge? Did anyone else face this issue? Please help.

Hi @Deb84 - This is a relatively common issue. The best thing to do is raise a case via the Now Learning website and they should get back to you and resolve it within a couple of days.

As below, click on 'Help Center' and then 'Create a case':

This is generic issue.

If you have taken and completed the certification, you should raise a case with the NowLearning team to get support.

Go to https://nowlearning.servicenow.com/lxp/en/pages/now-learning-help-center?id=nl_kb_home and press "create case".
