My CSA exam got suspended

My CSA exam got suspended and I don't know the reason as my exam was completed but the proctor suddenly suspended my exam and it got auto-submitted, 15 days ago I raised the case to Now Learning Help Center, and they responded 10 days ago that they will solve my issue within 72 hours but now its been 10 days and I didn't got any response, If anyone can help me with this issue so kindly let me know.

Then try to reach out to web assessor support and if they can help but is Now learning team confirm that you can use same voucher code ?

Your is 2nd / 3 case I heard on the community in last 2 days , where CSA got suspended There can be many reason or it can be technical issue as well. As you said, you already logged case, please wait for same only and team wil guide you.
