Hello @WHYSHIKAN ,
Your first screen shot shows that somehow you ended up on the legacy mobile UI.
So just open your Lab instance through the link in the "Your Lab Instance Details for:..." email you received when you started the course. This will get you to the regular UI again. Then just follow the task instructions.

@WHYSHIKAN Then provide more details about your problem and what you are doing. Are you opening ServiceNow through the link in the "Your Lab Instance Details" email? Which UI are you seeing?
