Hello

I'm currently taking IT Service Management Implementation On Demand. I wonder is there an ebook for this course? I took ITSM fundamental and it has ebook but this one it's saying it does. But i couldn't find the ebook for it. I see alot stories for the labs. It's tough to do those labs without ebook with steps by steps. If anyone who took the ITSM implementation course from Nowlearning, let me know. I wonder if you have the same issue or not. Or the course doesn't have an ebook.

@SnowDevOps Ideally, you should be able to find the ebook link inside the Course detail page once you successfully enroll for the course. However, if you can't find it then raise a case with NowLearning team and they will be able to provide the link to you.

Well, i currently have a ticket with NowLearning Team. They are very extremely slow and nobody knows anything. They keep sending me the ServiceNow linking Library to my account but I only have one ebook for ITSM fundamental course. I don't have ITSM implementation course. It's so frustrated. Do you know if they have direct number to call?

Hi,  Did you have any luck I am at the same point, I cannot answer the questions without a SOW and I cannot find where to get the SOW

Hi @SnowDevOps Now Servicenow provides ebook on Linking Library instead of evantage 

After enroll the course you will receive an email of account  user name and password

New Inkling Users: If you have not set up your ServiceNow Inkling account, please check your inbox for instructions.

Existing Inkling Users: Go to ServiceNow's Inkling Library and use your existing credentials to log in.

Accessing your eBook: Your eBook will automatically be placed in your ServiceNow Inkling library. See the instructions below on how to navigate to your eBook.

Desktop web browser

• Go to ServiceNow's Inkling Library.
• Enter your username and password.
• Click Log in.
• To view your eBook, click the library icon located at the top of the page.
