My CSA is about to expire in 3 days

In my Now Learning Portal, I can see my CSA certificate is about to expire. To fix this, I need to pay 200 USD or 200 Learning Credits.

How I can get it done through my current employer? How my current employer can provide me 200 Learning credit to my ServiceNow ID which is associated my gmail ID?

Please guide me or share the detailed procedure to get this done.

Hi @Bijay Kumar Sha ,

First of all you will have to mapped your certificate with to the Employer email ID. To do that follow below steps :-

1. Log In: Go to  https://nowlearning.service-now.com
2. Sign in using your ServiceNow credentials to see the full catalogue(Employer account)

3. In the main header click on your profile icon and select Profile

Expand My Preferences menu on the left side menu, then select Webassessor Email Address

Click Edit and enter your primary Webassessor email address you use to access
ServiceNows Webassessor(Where all certificates are stored)

If your Webassessor email is different than your Now Learning email, you must
confirm your Webassessor email
You will receive an email with the subject line as : Confirm Webassessor Account. You
must verify this email to link your account within 24 hours. This email will be
send to your Webassessor email address (NOT your Now Learning, SSO, or any
other email address)

In case your Webaccessor email is linked with some old account(your gmail) and you don’t have
access to that Now Learning account to unlink it from there using same steps.

Do the same thing from Partner Portal :-

Login to "https://partnerportal.service-now.com" using your employer email ID.

Click on Profile -> View My certification

If no certificates are available, Click on Search Certification To Map/Transfer

Search that certificate and click on Map. So that it will get reflect on partner portal as well.

After following all this steps and when certificate appears on the employer partner portal and now learning you can ask the account admin for your employer to assigned the learning credit for you against maintenance fee and you can spend those learning credit for exam maintenance fee.
