My voucher is not populating, what to do?

Hello,

 

I have recently completed the SNAF course on-demand, but the voucher has not populated under the "my vouchers" section of my profile. It has been over 48 hours; I have attempted to un-link and re-link my Web Assessor account. 

I have the badges indicating completion of the SNAF on-demand course as well as the "Eligibility for CSA Voucher" badge.

I have placed a support case request, but have not heard back from an agent.

Hi @rwf2023 ,

 

two things you can do / ensure that you have done:

 

  1. In the on-demand course, ensure that all items is 100% completed, and the course "SNAF course on-demend" itself is set as 100% completed. If it's not 100% something through the course is still missing.
  2. Raise a cause through NowLearning stating that you haven't received your voucher. I know that there can be some waiting time here, but they will respond.

The support team responded to my case and manually populated the voucher. I have been able to schedule the exam.

Hey @rwf2023 I am also facing the same issue with CAD voucher i.e. The voucher is not reflecting in "My Vouchers" section. What to do? Should I raise a case for the same?

I have the same issue with ServiceNow Administration Fundamentals On Demand, i have completed but not got the voucher.
