My voucher is not populating, what to do?

Hello,

 

I have recently completed the SNAF course on-demand, but the voucher has not populated under the "my vouchers" section of my profile. It has been over 48 hours; I have attempted to un-link and re-link my Web Assessor account. 

I have the badges indicating completion of the SNAF on-demand course as well as the "Eligibility for CSA Voucher" badge.

I have placed a support case request, but have not heard back from an agent.

If you have not, can you open a case with Now Learning support? If you have opened a case, can you DM me the case number?
