Hi All,
Good Day.
I have 6 years experience as Application Support Engineer. have used ServiceNow portal. Have knowledge on ITSM Operations (Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management , Service Request, Configurations). Now I would like to take certification related to this and application related in SNOW. Plan to take certification on CSA.
After completing CSA ,can I go for Practitioner support specialist or Implementer certification.
Can anyone suggest me which certifications suitable for my experience ?
Thanks

Hello,
My manager suggested that I got CIS - ITSM certification after I obtained my CSA certification and it went smooth. I was able to obtain my certificate with no prior experience in the field and I cleared the ITSM exam 1st try. Now I am trying to pass the CIS-HR examination and both previous certificates have been a helpful stepping stone to understand platform concepts and operations.
Hope that I helped you make a choice and I wish you best of luck in your next career step!
Best regards,
Konstantinos
