Need help with Platform Analytics Task Validation

I'm getting task is failed. while validating the task I'm getting error like " Was a Pie Chart report created from the Priority field of all active incidents? Was there a new titl..."
For both the questions my answer is yes and my output also matching with the answer.

Can anyone help me to pass this task.
