This advanced course is designed for administrators, implementers and architects who want to apply their Customer Service Management and platform knowledge to problem solve and implement Customer Service Management for a fictitious company. You'll work in small groups to research and complete user stories while collaborating with your teammates. After each sprint, you'll present your completed stories and share how you configured the system.
