Newly Reformed Certificate Questions

Hello,

I have several questions regarding ServiceNow certifications (such as CSA, CAD, ITSM, etc.).
Different sources provide different information, so I would like to confirm the official and accurate details.

Could someone please help clarify the following?

1. Are the Delta exams required for maintaining certifications free of charge?

2. Is there any annual maintenance fee for keeping certifications active?

3. Where can I find the official expiration date for each certification?

4. Is it true that certifications remain active for 3 years and become inactive if Delta exams are not completed?

5. Could you provide an overview of the main ServiceNow certifications for developers and consultants?

6. Are the CSDB and CMDB certifications separate, or are they part of the same certification track?

-> Your initial certification fee and delta is different, for Delta you need to check with your company's account representative

-> you need to take delta once a year, if you don't give then your mainline expires , nothing to do with 3 years logic

-> since delta exam is involved those certificates are not permanent.

Yes, it is still required for keep alive the main line certs. The fee is $200 or $100 irrespective how many mainline u have

Yes I said above.

3. Where can I find the official expiration date for each certification?

In now learning you can see under my past exam, it is still not available but I m think it will be there only.

4. Is it true that certifications remain active for 3 years and become inactive if Delta exams are not completed?

no, any mainline active only for 1yr and you need to appear for Delta after one year.

Yes this is newly introduced by SN and called CIS DF means Data foundation and it it's one cert of CMDM and CSDM.

It is a pre requirement for ITSM cert now.
