Not received the exam voucher

Hi, I've successfully completed my ITSM course, but I haven't received the exam voucher.

Hi @MahavirT ,

Now a days training is free and once training is completed, you need to claim your voucher. While claiming the voucher, it was ask for Payment and you need to pay (If you are not working with a company which is a partner with Servicenow else voucehr will be free for you).

On-demand courses are available for free in ServiceNow University. Once you complete the course, you can claim the voucher from below link

If you are working with ServiceNow partner organization, vouchers can be redeemed for free. If you are working with non-partner organization, you need to pay the voucher payment fees + taxes to claim it. Once the voucher is available, you can book the exams.

I've received the voucher, but I'm supposed to see it in the vouchers section andit's not showing up there, so I'm unable to claim it.

To claim, you need to go to the Webassessor site, where you can book the exam. You can then use the provided code during the booking process.
