For suppose a user unsubscribed from the emails in service now , so he wont get any mails in further

the person option changed he wants to receive the mails again how can he resubscribe again...?

Hi @RaviSankar54 ,

You can ask the user to click on his profile on top right corner and then Preference.

Profile--> Preference -->Notifications--> Allow Notifications to active.

Also cmn_notif_message.list table would let you know who has what preferences setup.

Atul: Correct, user will not get email in his mail box but still on portal he ./she able to see all the notifications. 

the person option changed he wants to receive the mails again how can he resubscribe again...?

Atul: Yes, once a user subscribe again, user will get email in mail box directly but from the time subscribe again not the back log.
