- Automated Test Framework (ATF) Fundamentals - Whether you are looking for a quick introduction to Automated Test Framework (ATF), or ready to begin a deeper dive, the 8-hour ATF Fundamentals series of courses is designed to target your exact needs. Take just the first overview course or all nine courses. Based on your project role, you can decide how far to explore the series. Prior to beginning the ATF Fundamentals series, you should complete the ServiceNow Fundamentals course and have six-months of ServiceNow experience. At the end of this course, you have the option to take a 20-question assessment to achieve a micro-certification in Automated Test Framework Fundamentals.
- Configuration Management Database (CMDB) Fundamentals - Attend Configuration Management Database (CMDB) Fundamentals a 22-hour, multi-part course, to learn how to implement a successful CMDB, configure rules to prevent duplicates, and populate data from various sources. The ServiceNow Configuration Management Database (CMDB) is a data repository made up of a series of tables that contain all the assets and services managed by a company. This information includes servers, network devices, applications, services, and more. Within this course, there are two assessment simulators that upon successful completion, will grant micro-certifications.
- Flow Designer Fundamentals - Attend Flow Designer Fundamentals, a 12-hour course, to learn about Flow Designer concepts. Flow Designer is a Now Platform® feature that enables rich process automation capabilities in a consolidated design environment. Natural language is used to configure automation without having to write code. At the end of this course, you have the option to take a 20-question assessment to achieve a micro-certification in Flow Designer Fundamentals.
- IntegrationHub Fundamentals - Attend the 4-hour IntegrationHub Fundamentals course to quickly develop custom integrations using common protocols and package integration actions into user-friendly, reusable 'actions' for use in Flow Designer. The IntegrationHub Now Platform feature allows developers and system administrators to quickly develop custom integrations using common protocols and package integration actions into user-friendly, reusable 'actions' for use in Flow Designer. At the end of this course, you have the option to take a 20-question assessment to achieve a micro-certification in IntegrationHub Fundamentals.
- Agile Development 2.0 and Test Management 2.0 Implementation - In this 2-hour course, you will learn how to implement Agile Development 2.0 and Test Management 2.0 based upon a customer's current processes and configuration of future needs. Attendees will also gain insights and knowledge into each application's architectural framework, tables, and properties, role administration, what questions to ask during implementation and explore ad-hoc requirements. At the end of this course, you have the option to take a 20-question assessment to achieve a micro-certification in Agile Development and Test Management Implementation.
