As an admin, there are probably people at your company who use Now Learning but aren’t officially tied to your company on the site. As a user, you might work for an organization that uses ServiceNow, but you’re using Now Learning independently. Did you know that you might be missing out on some benefits?

Account Discoverability 

  • Who benefits? 
    • Users seeking customer account association and customer admins 
  • What’s new for users? 
    • No more hunting for account numbers! If your email domain matches one registered by your company, you can quickly find your company’s account by name and request access. This means faster onboarding to start leveraging your customer training benefits. 
  • What’s new for admins? 
    • As a Primary Customer Admin with the Employee access role, you are able to set up domain selection to facilitate faster user to customer account associations. This not only speeds up training goals for your organization but should also reduce the number of inquiries about account numbers.

  • Who benefits? 
    • Primary Customer Admins and Customer Training Admins 
  • What’s new? 
    • Streamline your user management with our improved approval process. Get daily notifications of pending requests and use the new dashboard for one-click responses.

Rollout and availability 

The new features are now live! If you don’t see them: 

  • Admins with Employee access: 
    • Ensure your company’s email domain is enabled for easy user discoverability. 
  • Admins without Employee access: 
    • Consider acquiring this role to activate these features for your team.
