NowLearning Career Journeys don't recognize previous completed courses or achievements

Hello. In order to make sure that I was training myself properly and furthering my ServiceNow career, I decided to enrol in the System Administrator Career Journey. However, I noticed a big issue. Despite that I have already completed most, if not all, of the required courses within at least the Associate step of the journey, the platform is not recognizing them and claiming I still need to take the courses. I can check to see that I have finished the courses within my NowLearning profile - about half of the course pages that the Journey links to itself even say I've completed them, too. Yet the journey page itself does not recognize them.

What do I do to fix this? Is there anybody I can ask to look into it? The NowLearning help support does not have any categories for Journeys, so I was unsure of how to ask about it there.

I have experienced this in the past also. Today, I refreshed the Learning path page after completing one of my certs and it did update accordingly. Try "refreshing" first, it's the simplest fix.

I tried this recommendation. It did fix some of the courses, but only a handful. It still doesn't say I've completed the Welcome to ServiceNow Micro-Certification or the Getting Started with Reports course, for example, and I finished the latter last week.

You can put in a case directly with the now learning team using the help center tab directly in Now Learning.

Hi, Brian. Unfortunately, I already tried that before posting this question. None of the available categories are related to Journeys, and the only ones that seem similar require you to select a course, which isn't letting me choose any for some reason.
