Hello. In order to make sure that I was training myself properly and furthering my ServiceNow career, I decided to enrol in the System Administrator Career Journey. However, I noticed a big issue. Despite that I have already completed most, if not all, of the required courses within at least the Associate step of the journey, the platform is not recognizing them and claiming I still need to take the courses. I can check to see that I have finished the courses within my NowLearning profile - about half of the course pages that the Journey links to itself even say I've completed them, too. Yet the journey page itself does not recognize them.
What do I do to fix this? Is there anybody I can ask to look into it? The NowLearning help support does not have any categories for Journeys, so I was unsure of how to ask about it there.

Oh, I see they changed the way it works. Making it have to be a course you enrolled in are the only ones that show up. Your other options are try and email learning@servicenow.com. The other one is to use the help center. Once you create a case a then choose these the following category/subcategory. This seems to be the closet things as it is technically like a dashboard that you are looking at.
