NowLearning Support Cases

Just curious, is anyone getting responses on Now Learning Support Cases that they've opened?

 

I'm asking because I now have 3 support cases open, one of which is ~1 month old, and all of them are still in a State of New with no activity from ServiceNow.

 

Unfortunately, none are questions I can just ask the Community (course won't complete after finishing all content, can't get released to take micro-cert exam, content won't load, things like that).

I have in the past gotten responses to Now Learning support cases. I would suggest possibly emailing training@servicenow.com with your case numbers.

Their support for the folks in the NowLearning community is unresponsive. I'm only trying to change my last name in my NowLearning profile. I can't find any information on this.
