Hi everyone,
In 2020, I did a training called System Administration Advanced. See the course description below:
Now here is the problem, I'm following the ServiceNow Administrator career path and I have only one training to complete the Expert series, the training is called ServiceNow Administration Advanced. See the content description:
I've created a case with NowLearning and they said those are different trainings, then I asked why the description are the same, which one have the wrong description and they didn't provide an answer yet. Instead, they are asking ME for an update (???).
Now, I'm trying to find someone else who may have taken both trainings and help me understand if they are really different or not.
I don't want to waste my time taking the same training AGAIN especially after paying $1,700!!
Thanks in advance.

Hi @Luiz Lucena
As these are 2 different training and need to pay. There must be difference and i.e. reason SN has 2 different trainings.

Hello @Dr Atul G- LNG ,
Did you take those trainings?
I'm trying to find what the difference is if the description is the same for both.

Hi @Luiz Lucena ,
Basic it's the same training except that there are some updates according to current version, which mean that the training you have taking in 2020 is not valid according to current version. Please also note, that the career paths are only suggestions, and will not provide any badge, certification etc.
If I should come with a suggestion, don't pay for the same training once again and skip the career path. Rather go for some of the CIS/CAS/CAD certifications.
If my answer has helped with your question, please mark my answer as accepted solution and give a thumb up.
Best regards
Anders
