On-Call Scheduling auto population of assigned to field

I want the incident to get automatically assigned to the person whose is currently active as per the on call schedule? can anyone help me with the business rules?

What version of serviceNow are you running? This feature has been changed in Eureka, and is now done with workflows. Prior to eureka they had some out of box business rules. Check out the grid at the bottom of this link to see the business rules, or workflows they set up.

I am using eureka but the workflow seems to be not working.Incident is not getting assigned to on call person,when an incident is assigned to a group.

Hi, Vignesh. Did you resolve this problem? I'm using Eureka too, but workflow is not working and when I create trigger rule, business rule(Set Current Record Scope in scratchpad) is not created in Eureka. In Fuji release workflow works good with business rule creation. Could you describe your solution if you found. Thanks.
