On-demand training videos keeps on loading

Hi, Community.
Is there anyone who can help to assist on CS0210081. This case has been logged as I've been experiencing issue with ITSMI on-demand training, videos keeps on loading. My connection is all good, even connecting via LAN the videos still keeps on loading. I even tried accessing the training via mobile phone, it's still the same.
