OnVue fails to run a system test

Hello,
I'm having this issue with the PearsonVue's OnVue platform where I cannot pass the system test.
Here are the details of the set-up:
- Freshly installed Windows 11 + available updates and patches
- No other apps installed besides Google Chrome and JRE 21.0
- Wireless connection to internet over 1Gb fiber, no VPN
- Single monitor connected
- As advised by the Pearson support person: Firewall disabled and OnVUE-25.19.92.exe run as Administrator

Running a system test from Pearson's page goes well up untill the page following the mic, speakers and camera testing. Then the following screen is presented and after clicking test/retest, I got the "Oops! Something went wrong ..." error message.
Clicking "Retest" button two times, leads to the following screen:
I spent nearly 1h on the Pearson support call. The only workaround they recommended was to get another laptop and try it there 😕
I also tried to get any logs (file or eventviewer) to no avail.
Has anyone else had the same issue and how did you fix it ?
