Hello, 

 

Is there a way to locate and download (or read) the ebooks for courses such as Software Asset Management for ServiceNow Partners?

Eddie,

 

I believe the Orlando version of the On-Demand training was the last one that included a Participant guide.  I just a really quick browse through the San Diego version and the only thing there is to download the lab steps.

If I am not wrong , you can read ebook from evantage.gilmoreglobal.com but not download.
