If someone is having the same issue, make sure you did step 7 (7.
Select the Details panel, and change the chart name to, "Open Incidents by Priority". ) correctly.
There is nothing indicating where Details is. It's the i icon at the top

You want to go to the Details Panel:
Then change the name to "Open Incidents by Priority"

This is not correct solution. I am still getting error.
How to do this?
