I couldn't finish this task even though I had done everything according to the instructions. if you can help me in Select the Details panel, and change the chart name to, Open Incidents by Priority

I had a similar issue I think the problem is point 7.

7. Select the Details panel, and change the chart name to, Open Incidents by Priority.

This point refers to the name of the original pie chart name that you create. 
When you save in point 8 change Visualization name from "Pie on Incidents by Priority created by System Admin" to "Open Incidents by Priority"

@geoffreyhop this step was helpful. I was stuck in the same loop and unable to complete this section of the task. On point 8, i changed theVisualization name from "Pie on Incidents by Priority created by System Admin" to "Open Incidents by Priority" and it worked for me.   

This fixed it for me!! I was having the same issue, but it doesn't say in the instructions to change the visualization name smh.

Hey, I found a solution. After this step "In the Header and border settings, change the Chart title to "Open Incidents by Priority" hit save and then enter "Open Incidents by Priority" in the dialog box and hit save again.
