For those who have successfully passed the CSA exam, I wanted to ask — is the official online material provided by the organization enough to fully prepare for the test?

If not, could you please recommend any additional resources, such as books, practice exams, or study guides, that you found especially helpful?

 the official training material provided by ServiceNow is enough. I would suggest to spent some ekstra time on the material instead of looking for additional resources.

Only resource is "eBook", it is recommended to go through E-book thoroughly, get the overall understanding of platform and practice whatever you learned.

Go through Now Learning course content few times and practice lab tasks in lab instance or PDI and get comfortable with all modules. Go through Yokohama release notes specific to CSA Exam modules as you can expect few questions specific to new release functionalities.

Focus on sections 3,4,5 and 6 as they carry maximum weightage in the exam scoring. Once you have finished above, you can practice below flash cards and attempt sample questions from quizlet website specific to 'ServiceNow CSA' Exam. This would give idea regarding sample format and expected questions in the actual exam. Do not rely on third party websites for answers as they might not be accurate and use only to refer sample questions.
