Problem with downloading the ServiceNow Administration Fundamentals Lab 1.1 Download Class Ressource

Hello,

Currently im taking the ServiceNow Administration Fundamentals. But i have run at a problem at the Lab 1.1. I follow the steps All > Self-Service > Knowledge > ServiceNow Administration Fundamentals and i try to download the materials but i get a error. Below im providing the error it shows to me.
