Some of my previously paid for and completed courses in NowLearning (examples included below) are no longer listed in my completed section of my profile.
How do I reference / review the information from my previously purchased courses?
When I took Scripting in SN Fundamentals for example...there was no ebook provided. Paying the now required 500 USD to review the content seems unfair, especially when I already paid to take the course.

Hi @Christian P
Some of my previously paid for and completed courses in NowLearning (examples included below) are no longer listed in my completed section of my profile.
Atul: For this better log a case to Now Learning and team can help ypu.
How do I reference / review the information from my previously purchased courses?
Atul: Same, you can log case.
When I took Scripting in SN Fundamentals for example...there was no ebook provided. Paying the now required 500 USD to review the content seems unfair, especially when I already paid to take the course.
Atul: Agreed on this and this is something new I heared, I did another CIS exam and there was no ebook and when i log case, I got reply, refer to the training videos only. You can log a case but I doubt you will get ebook.

Thanks Atul.
I did log a case and the response was that it expires after 1 year. I am looking at my registration confirmation email and see no mention of this when I made the purchase. I wonder where this information is being disseminated during the purchasing process?? I still can't believe that learners/customers loose access to the purchased content which is obviously very useful to have moving forward when you want to reference the materials and review it. How is this not a major concern within the ServiceNow community? I was assuming this was just a bug?!

Hi there,
Yes its correct that On Demand courses have a validity period of 12-months.
We all can't really help you with anything on this subject. We all are just random Community members.
