Queries regarding joining and working on to Service now

Hello community,

 

This Sidharth here , an Aspiring MBA student currently started his final year. I am someone who is having no tech knowledge or no tech realted graduations till now. After getting to have a real experience in the field of software service and consulting related company , with a one month experince , I was not able to get a big idea but atleast I could grasp an idea on how things work and well aware that i have study more .

More intrested into consulting and Bussiness development for software , but a confusion on how should I learn and what should I learn from the tech side before joining into and such companies. Also as a fresher how can I pitch into SERVICE NOW for an internship of a carrier .

kindly please help with all these

Yes, SN has a bright future and there are several opportunities in SN. As you are from the MBA side, are you interested in learning SN as technical or you may go for the pre-sales or advisory solution kind of role?  I will say visit to SN career site and search for role like Advisory solution / consultant , pre sales and see the JD for same, that will provide more idea to you what is best role you can pick and then community can guide to how to build that skill.
