Query Regarding ServiceNow Account Transfer

Hi All,

 

I just wanted to understand the process regarding my ServiceNow account. Currently, my ServiceNow account is associated with my company email ID, and I am serving my notice period. Before my last working day, do I need to raise any request or create a case on Servicenow university to transfer my ServiceNow account from my company email ID to my personal email ID?

 

Also, once I join a new organization, will I be able to raise another request to transfer the account from my personal email ID to my new organization email ID? Please let me know the correct process. Thanks.

Hi @kaushal_snow,

During the migration, you'll receive a verification code on the old, your current company email address, that you need to enter. Hence, it would make sense to move the account as long as you have access to your corporate mailbox.

Also I suggest

 

Keep community profile on personal email and certs on company id so that next time only need to move certs not the community profile.

 

In my case I have community profile on personal id and certs on official id
